With over seven years of dedicated experience, I am a seasoned instructional designer with a mastery of diverse instructional design theories and models, including Andragogy, Heutagogy, Microlearning, ADDIE, Agile/SAM, Kirkpatrick, and Universal Design for Learning. 

I am adept at designing and developing immersive eLearning courses, interactive simulation exercises, instructor-led training, and assessments. My background in adult education and my experience as an educator and instructional designer in academia and corporate settings enable me to craft versatile and innovative solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.
